WeVOL is located on the pristine Matapalo beach just 15 minutes north of Dominical and 30 minutes south of Quepos. Matapalo evokes the Costa Rica of yesteryear with empty beaches, roadside ceviche shacks, and endless miles of stunning beaches and lush jungle. WeVOL volunteers not only get to know and work with local Costa RIcans, but truly experience the Pura Vida lifestyle that attracts so many travelers to this peaceful nation.
